According to TMZ, the "Gossip Girl" actor was picked up by police early Friday morning (June 4) while in possession of marijuana. Funny enough, this was the same day his new movie trailer came out, which he plays a drug dealer.

Sean Penn and Robert Pattinson are in talks to join Reese Witherspoon in the upcoming film Water for Elephants!Variety reports that Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend) is set to direct the film, based on the story of the same name by Sara Gruen.Water for Elephants is set during the Great Depression and tells the story of a Cornell veterinary student (Pattinson) who leaves school behind after his parents are killed.The young man joins the Benzini Brothers circus and works as a vet for the circus animals.
