Moving in with Jen Bunney apparently wasn’t enough to send Spencer the message that their marriage is done-zo. Today, Heidi Montag went to a Santa Monica courthouse to file for legal separation from her husband (you can see the documents here). Blondie claims her reason to be irreconcilable differences. According to TMZ, the significance of the paperwork is to ensure that Heidi won’t have to share her earnings with Spencer.
